Riverfront Arts Center to host opening reception for new artists

The Riverfront Arts Center is inviting the public to its annual Emerging Artists Exhibition.

Through a meticulous selection process, a diverse and captivating showcase of artistic talent has been curated for this year’s show, according to a news release from the RAC. The opening reception will be held on Friday, Feb. 23, from 4:30 to 7 p.m.

In recognition of their talent and dedication, recipients of prestigious awards will be honored with recognition funded by Art in the Park and Festival of the Arts.

The exhibition will be on display Wednesday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and weekends 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. through March 17.

Riverfront Arts Center is located at 1200 Crosby Ave. in Stevens Point.
