These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to, and govern, your subscription (“Subscription”) to Metro Wire. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply to your subscription. By purchasing a subscription with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Email Delivery Subscriptions’ and ‘Digital Subscriptions’ which including full access to www.spmetrowire.com and the weekly “Wired In” printable PDF editions.

Digital Subscription Terms and Conditions

A Digital Subscription provides you with unlimited access to www.spmetrowire.com.

Your Digital Subscription will commence immediately upon receipt of your payment and individual activation of your login credentials, which will be sent to your email address.

You must have a valid login account to www.spmetrowire.com to have a valid Digital Subscription.

Each username and password is assigned to a single user and is not transferable. You must ensure that your username and password remain secure and are not shared. If any misuse is detected your Digital Subscription may be terminated and you will not be eligible for a refund. You are responsible for all use, activities, and charges associated with your username and password.

Your Digital Subscription may be used only for personal, institutional, and other non-commercial purposes.

In the event your subscription package changes, you will be given notice prior to when you would need to make a decision to cancel your subscription and not be affected. If you do not notify us that you wish to cancel your Subscription, then your package will change automatically from your next billing cycle.

We reserve the right under special circumstances to enable free access to our subscriber content for a limited period of time. During this time you will not be eligible for a refund.

If any or all of our digital products are temporarily unavailable, you will not automatically be entitled to receive a refund. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund or credit in the future.

If you are unable to access our services due to problems not related to our service or Point/Plover Metro Wire then you are not eligible for a refund or credit of any nature.

Pricing and Payment

Subscription prices cover all Metro Wire digital news products and features unless otherwise specified. Subscribers acknowledge that Point/Plover Metro Wire may amend Subscription pricing from time to time and will provide a minimum of 60 days’ notice to the public.

All payments must be made electronically by credit card via third-party payment vendors PayPal or by check via U.S. Mail. to: Point/Plover Metro Wire, PO Box 905, Stevens Point, Wis., 54481. Subscribers are responsible for canceling their subscriptions via these vendors directly.

Subscriptions will be charged based on readers’ choice of monthly or annually.

Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their credit card details and bank account details are correct.

Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions will automatically renew and continue unless canceled by the user. Any user wishing to cancel may do so when their current subscription term ends. There are no refunds or prorated rates.

Users who sign up via PayPal must sign into their Metro Wire account to cancel, or go into their personal PayPal account to cancel. The Metro Wire does not have access to users’ personal information. On PayPal, go to “My Account,” then under Products and Services, click “Website Payments” where users can update or cancel their automatic (recurring) payments. Users can also pause, cancel, or renew their subscriptions under their personal profile at spmetrowire.com. Please note the newsroom has no access to start or stop digital payment.

Privacy

Point/Plover Metro Wire and MamaMak Publishing LLC value readers’ privacy. With the exception of general demographic information such as age, gender, and geographic location, does not collect your personal information.
