Bullied Patron: A 57-year-old woman called police at 1:02 AM to say she was upset about “people saying mean things to her” on the 200 block of Prentice St. North.
Assault: Police took a report of a sex assault at 7:18 AM.
Mailbox Fatality: A 58-year-old man from the 3200 block of Lakeview Rd. North in Rosholt reported vandalism to his mailbox at 12:38 PM.
Bad Girl: Deputies arrested a 44-year-old woman for violating a restraining order on the 1500 block of Strongs Ave. at 3 PM.
Feb. 3
Midnight Rider: Deputies were notified of a suspicious man inside Lower Whiting Park at 1:33 AM. The driver, a 67-year-old man, said he couldn’t sleep so he went for a drive, and didn’t know the park closed at 11 PM.
Crash: A 31-year-old man sustained injuries following a two-vehicle accident at mile mark 159 on I-39 at 9:48 AM. The other driver, a 27-year-old woman, was cited for failure to keep her vehicle under control.
Holy Cow: Someone reported the theft of livestock from a property on the 7100 block of 6th St. at 11:57 AM. No further information was immediately available.
Oops: Someone accidentally dialed 911 from their Apple watch at 12:32 AM.
Car v Pole: An 18-year-old woman struck a pole with her vehicle near Hwy. 10 and Oaklane Ct. at 1:28 PM. Minor injuries were reported.
Car v Human: A 53-year-old woman was injured after being struck by a vehicle driven by a 25-year-old woman at 1:30 AM. The driver was reportedly backing up.
Hit & Run: Police arrested a 49-year-old man on the 4900 block of Main St. for hit and run of an unattended vehicle and operating under the influence at 11:52 PM.
Feb. 4
Break-In: A 24-year-old woman was arrested after entering Jimmy B’s, 916 Maria Dr., at 2 AM, and breaking several classes at the bar. The business was reportedly closed but unlocked.
Drunk Crash: A 25-year-old woman was arrested for operating under the influence, first offense, following a single-vehicle crash near Hwy. 10 and Lake Dr. in Amherst Junction at 4:15 AM.
Medication Swap: Someone from the 1800 block of Sherman Ave. reported a 95-year-old man’s medication had been replaced with regular Tylenol.
Car v Tree: A called fro the 2500 block of Willard St. reported a 25-year-old man was driving around his house when he struck a tree at 2:10 PM.
