Letter: Village grateful to fire department

To the Editor-

The villagers of Park Ridge owe our retiring fire chief and members of the department a heartfelt thank you.

Their integrity and contributions have made this a better and safer place to live. Their work with floods, windstorms and annual Santa visits has been beyond the call of duty.
