Brandon L. Boehm, 20, of Wausau, turned himself in at Wausau Probation and Parole on March 19.

Boehm’s court records show charges dating back to 2021 including speeding, retail theft, and possession of drug paraphernalia, though all have been misdemeanors.

Arlin O. Sangster, 20, also from Wausau, surrendered to Wausau police on March 20.

Sangster has two closed cases from 2023 in Waupaca Co., a dismissed speeding charge, and a first-offense operating while intoxicated conviction that resulted in losing his license for six months and court costs.

There final suspect in this case, Daemon Kitzrow, 19, also of Wausau, has made contact with law enforcement through his attorney, according to Assistant Police Chief Dana Williams.

Williams on Wednesday said Kitzrow and his attorney are cooperating with local law enforcement to arrange an interview.

Boehm is behind bars at the Portage Co. Jail. It was not immediately known when he or Sangster would have a bond hearing.

The three, along with Christian Emerson, who was taken into custody on March 16, are accused of beating 61-year-old Donald G. Mitchell, Jr., who they did not know, to death on the evening of March 15. They are also believed to have posted of a video related to the event on social media.

Emerson is now free on a $50,000 cash bond and is expected to return to court on April 3.
