WisDOT unveils new website design

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) launched its new website this week, wisconsindot.gov, as the agency’s go-to source for information. In addition to a fresh new look, the website features enhanced ADA accessibility and a mobile-responsive design for streamlined access to business needs.
The website is designed by service area for quick access to:
- DMV services like online registration or driver license renewal.
- Real-time travel and road condition information at 511WI.gov.
- Safety information from the division of Wisconsin State Patrol.
- Information about the 350+ construction projects across the state.
Last year, WisDOT’s website served more than eight million visitors, including more than two million people who renewed their license plates online.
The new website design further improves the user experience to help them efficiently find transportation information.
