Metro Wire Staff

SentryWorld will begin reopening next week.

According to a post on SentryWorld’s Facebook page, the company plans to reopen the PJ’s restaurant, the Pro Shop, banquet and event spaces, and its fieldhouse, on March 14.

SentryWorld general manager Mike James the SentryWorld golf course will open on June 1 and offers a “new, fully inclusive experience.” He invites locals to enjoy the course before it hosts the U.S. Senior Open and USGA championship next summer, which is expected to draw more than 75,000 spectators to the area.

The company closed all of its spaces for much of the COVID-19 pandemic. James said that masks would be optional for all visitors to SentryWorld.

James also said the company’s new boutique hotel, The Inn at SentryWorld, would soon announce an opening date. The hotel’s debut was also put off due to the pandemic.
