Firefighters say no one was injured in a Monday morning house fire.
It was all-hands-on-deck call for a structure fire at 2424 Center St., according to Stevens Point Fire Capt. J.B. Moody, with firefighters from Stevens Point, Plover and Hull responding. The Park Ridge Fire Dept. was also called to the scene, he said.
“When we arrived we had a fully-engulfed structure,” Moody said. “No one was inside or injured during the time of fire.”
Crews knocked the fire down after 30-45 minutes, he said. The scene was finally cleared at 4:12 AM Monday.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, he said.
