Letter: Holman brings accountability, transparency, to county exec role

To the Editor-

I enthusiastically support Chris Holman for County Executive.

I encourage all residents of Portage County to do the same by voting Chris Holman for County Executive at the upcoming primary election on February 15.

After more than 43 years as a county employee, I retired earlier this month, and during my time with Portage County, I’ve been able to work with and for Executive Holman. I have experienced and know well the leadership, dedication, and well-examined direction he brings to Portage County.

The position of County Executive deals with tough issues facing our county, and Chris Holman’s calm demeanor, ability to negotiate and broker acceptable agreements between parties serve all county residents well. Executive Holman’s office is accountable, transparent, and fiscally responsible on top of the high level of integrity he brings to this important position.

As you can tell, Chris Holman is the best, most qualified candidate for County Executive. Please vote Chris Holman for County Executive in the very important primary election on February 15. Thank you.
