Village of Plover schedules annual yard waste pickup

The village of Plover has scheduled two pickups for yard waste and brush.

Residents in the village should collect limbs, small trees, and other brush/garden waste into a single pile near the roadway no more than 10′ by 6′ and four feet high, with limbs not exceeding four inches in diameter, on Oct. 16.

A second pickup is for yard waste only. Villagers should gather grass clippings, pine cones/needles, and leaves into one continuous pile on the outer edge of the roadway blacktop surface in front of their properties, on Oct. 23.

Both pickup times begin at 7 a.m. Residents are encouraged to have their waste items piled in the appropriate location the night before.
