School board sees one newcomer

With three seats available, here are the results for the Stevens Point Public School District Board of Education race:

Ann Vang, a newcomer to municipal politics, stole the show Tuesday night with 5,060 votes, followed by incumbent Barb Portzen, who had 4,586 votes, and incumbent Jeffery Ebel, who garnered 4,475 votes.

Jodi L. Rentfrow had 3,383 votes, followed by Gee Pope, with 2,640 votes, and Kurt Pulvermacher, with 2,579 votes.
