Driving Without Lights: Deputies cited a 60-year-old man for driving without headlights at 5:25 p.m. near the intersection of Hwy. 10 and County Trunk J. The man was also arrested for operating under the influence.

Game Buster: Police were called at 8:47 a.m. after a caller on the 300 block of Fourth Ave. reported two people broken into their apartment and stole a game counsel. Two men, 23 and 27, are suspected of being involved. The men were later arrested during a traffic stop near Division and Dixon streets. The 23-year-old was arrested for probation violation, while the 27-year-old was arrested on charges of probation violation and possession of methamphetamine.

Hit & Run: Police cite5d a 44-year-old woman for hit and run after she struck an unattended vehicle with her car at 2:09 p.m. in the parking lot of Walgreens, 3301 Church St.

Where’s the Pizza: A 62-year-old woman called police at 3:26 p.m. to report a suspicious man came to the back door of her home on the 700 block of Sixth Ave. claiming to be a pizza delivery man. The man had no pizza with him.

Heroin Bust: A 36-year-old man was arrested for possession of heroin, possession of THC, second offense, and an active warrant during a traffic stop near Parkway Dr. and Terrance Ln. at 8:53 p.m.
