Suspicious Hiker: Deputies responded to reports of a suspicious person walking on prairie chicken land near Hwy. 10 and Maple Bluff Rd. at 1:34 PM. The suspicious person turned out to be a hiker.

AMA: Deputies conducted a welfare check after a caller reported a 50-year-old woman left St. Michael’s Hospital with her I.V. still in her arm. The woman reportedly had several track marks on her arm and was later found on the 4300 block of Bluff Rd.

Traffic Arrest: Police arrested a 21-year-old woman following a crash near Water and Koch streets at 12:11 AM. According to the incident report, the woman was traveling south on Water St. when she lost control of her vehicle, striking a No Parking sign on the east side of the roadway. The woman was charged with failure to keep her vehicle under control.

Crash: Police cited a 24-year-old man with driving too fast for conditions following a slide-in near Hwy. 10 and Old Hwy. 18 at 8:05 AM.

Harassment: Police took a report of harassment from a 60-year-old woman at 9:48 AM. The woman alleged she was being stalked by a 59-year-old man.

Blackmail: A man reported to police 1:12 PM that an unknown person was attempting to blackmail him for money on the 1500 block of Illinois Ave.

OWI: A 24-year-old man was arrested near Michigan Ave. and Prais St. at 1:51 AM for charges relating to his second OWI offense. The man was reportedly driving without his headlights on.
