Jennie H. Beadle, 100

Jennie H. Beadle age 100, of Stevens Point, passed away Sunday evening March 10, 2019, at Maple Ridge Living Center in Plover.

A Celebration of Life Service for Jennie will be held at Noon on Wed., March 13 at the Shuda Funeral Chapel, 3200 Stanley St. in Stevens Point. Friends and relatives will gather to share memories from 11 a.m. on Wednesday until the time of service at Shuda’s. Burial will be in the Lone Pine Cemetery.

Jennie was born August 23, 1918, in Bancroft, the daughter of Orville and Clara (Ziemdorf) Rogers. In 1935 Jennie married Walter Beadle in Stevens Point, and the couple settled here.

She was a talented cake decorator and also worked in the bakery department at IGA. She loved music and was a very talented organ player.

Jennie is survived by her daughter-in-law, Lucy Beadle; five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; her special niece, Betty; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Walter in 1982, their son Walter Jr in 2013, three brothers, and five sisters.
