NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to ss. 285.13(1), 285.61(7), and 285.62(5), Wis. Stats., the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on the air pollution control permit application for the construction and operation of a wastewater treatment plant, a digester with an emergency flare and a biogas to renewable natural gas plant for:
