David K. Bellinger, 84

David K. Bellinger, 84, of Plover, died Thursday, August 25, 2022, at Renaissance Assisted Living in Wisconsin Rapids. He was under the care of Compassus Hospice.

David was born on September 10, 1937, in Stevens Point. He was the son of the late Lawrence and Helen (Kabot) Bellinger. He attended local schools. He entered the service on November 10, 1954, David served in the Air Force during the Cold War. He was honorably discharged on October 8, 1958.

His marriage to Delores Miskulin took place on August 20, 1960, at St. Peters Catholic Church in Stevens Point. David worked for Foremost Farms as a Waste Treatment Plant Operator. He retired in 2000.

He was a member of the AMVETS Post 1051 Stevens Point and West Point Stump Jumpers Snowmobile Club. He enjoyed camping, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting, and pitching horseshoes.

Survivors include his wife Delores Bellinger of Plover. Daughters, Tamara (Dan) Kowalski of Lake Mills and Tricia (Jesse) Krayecki of Stevens Point. Grandchildren, Bailee, Michelle, Peyton, Reese, Rylee, Merrek, Zaedyn, and Roeyn; great-grandchildren, Klyde, Bennett, and Kora; and brother, Marvin, of Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Taunya Krajnik. Sisters, Mabel Glodowski, Ruth Kosobucki and Marion Hoppa. Brothers, William and Donald.

A Mass of Christian Burial for David will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Bronislava Catholic Church, 3200 Plover Rd., Plover. Very Reverend Ed Shuttleworth will officiate. Full military honors will follow the funeral mass. The burial will take place at a later date in the parish cemetery.

Visitation on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
