The required 2022 Annual Report online form is available in the MS4 eReporting System. The annual report is due March 31, 2023.
Notable changes to 2022 Annual Report eReporting form
- Addition of Billing Contact information.
- Reapplication checkbox for MS4 General Permittees to meet the reapplication requirement.
- The Public Education and Outreach section has been streamlined for permittee convenience.
- Some of the wording was updated in the questions to add clarity.
