Population health management is an approach to improving the health outcomes of a defined population across the care continuum, according to a news release from the company.

Kurtz will provide operational strategic and leadership of the Health Services and Quality departments for Security Health Plan. She will assist in the development of effective programs and services to Security Health Plan members and health care providers to support the delivery of affordable, high-quality care and insurance products.
