Letter: Board Supervisor endorses Flatoff

To the Editor-

I am writing this letter of support for Kevin Flatoff for several reasons. Here are just a few.

Kevin was born and raised in the house he resides in now. He has spent over 50 years living in the 3rd District. He attended UWSP and cherished his many great professors over the four years attending the school and was lucky enough to have Rick Witt as his cross-country coach. After college, he spent three years as a military policeman in the Army.

Kevin has been a businessman in Stevens Point and has owned Gold Key Motors for 20 years and the Second Street Auto Clinic for seven years.

Portage County and Stevens Point are very important to him and he shows this by leading the way for all citizens by trying to keep Business 51 four lanes and led him to his decision to run for the County Board, realizing it is time to give back to the community which has supported him.

Kevin shows his interest in the County Board by showing up at many County Board and county committee meetings.

On April 5 vote for Kevin Flatoff for District 3 County Board Supervisor and you will have a man who will serve you as a great voice for the district and our entire community.

Stan Potocki, Retired Sheriff
District 11 County Board Supervisor
