In preparation for summer break, YMCA to hold ‘Healthy Kids Day’

The Stevens Point Area YMCA is hosting its annual Healthy Kids Day on April 29.

Free and open to the public, the annual event features a day of fun-filled activities to celebrate kids being kids. Its purpose is to encourage healthy kids, healthy families, and a healthy start to the summer season.

Activities will be available for all ages, including a giant inflatable obstacle course, the pool and slide, gymnastics, gaga, open swim, face painting, family-friendly fitness classes, dance, and more.

The event will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 29. The Stevens Point Area YMCA is located at 1000 Division St.
