Fairchild Equipment recognized as ‘Hyster Dealer of Distinction’

By Patrick Lynn

Fairchild Equipment, a leading provider of materials handling solutions, announced today that it has been honored with the prestigious 2023 Dealer of Distinction award from Hyster Company for the eighth time. The award recognizes top-performing dealers across the country who consistently achieve the highest level of sales and service performance.

To be named a Hyster Dealer of Distinction, dealers must meet stringent business practices and rigorous performance standards that are updated annually to align with evolving customer expectations and industry dynamics.

Bob Sattler, vice president of dealer business development at Hyster, emphasized the significance of the award, saying in a statement, “Every year, Dealer of Distinction recipients demonstrate their willingness to enhance capabilities and commitment to the safety and well-being of their associates while meeting increasingly demanding recognition criteria. Our dealers have the breadth of knowledge and experience to guide customers towards maximizing performance in every aspect of lift truck operation, from safety and evolving motive power options to maintenance and fleet management support.”

Van Clarkson, president of Fairchild Equipment, expressed gratitude for the recognition, saying, “Receiving the Hyster Dealer of Distinction award for the eighth time is a true testament to our commitment to providing top-notch sales and service to our customers. We are honored to be recognized among the best dealers in the country and will continue to strive for excellence in everything we do.”

Fairchild Equipment and other Dealer of Distinction honorees were celebrated at a special awards ceremony last week.
