Deadline to register for PWYA’s 2021 season looms

Plover-Whiting Youth Athletics is gearing up for its spring/summer season.

Boys and girls ages 5-18 interested in playing fastpitch softball or baseball are encouraged to register for this year’s playing season. All experience levels are welcome.

Registration is conducted online from March 1-15.

PWYA has lined up several tournaments for the year, according to a news release from the organization. The group will also host USA Softball of Wisconsin in July, bringing more than 90 teams and their families to Portage Co.

Tournaments for 2021 include:

• • Boys Baseball Early Bird Tournament – May 14-16
  • Girls Summer Fastpitch Tournament – June 25-27
  • Girls USA State Softball Fastpitch Tournament – July 8-11
  • Boys Baseball Summer Tournament 1 – July 23-25
  • Boys Baseball Summer Tournament 2 – July 30- Aug. 1
  • Girls Fall Fastpitch Tournament – September 18-19
