Several County Board and City Council seats are contested in the spring election.
Candidates had until 5 p.m. on Jan. 2 to file their nomination paperwork for Portage County Board of Supervisors, Stevens Point City Council, Stevens Point Area Public School Board, and Municipal Judge.
