Plateless: Police cited a 26-year-old woman for not having license plates on her black Chevy Tahoe as she traveled near Fourth Ave. and Michigan Ave. at 8:03 a.m.
Speeder: Police issued a speed warning to a 53-year-old man near River View Ave. and Whiting Ave. at 9:41 a.m.
Facebook fiends: Police were called to the 2500 block of Minnesota Ave. at 10:39 a.m. when a 35-year-old woman complained that her child was threatened via Facebook.
Crash: Police responded to the exit 158 southbound ramp at 11:47 a.m. when a caller reported a two-vehicle collision. No injuries were reported.
Blue-collar crime: A 26-year-old man walked into the Stevens Point Police Dept. at 11:53 to report a “blue collar crime.” No further information was released in the blotter.
Speeder: Police warned a 43-year-old woman for speeding near Second St. North and North Point Dr. at 12:14 p.m.
Fraud: An employee at Prevail Bank, 5709 Windy Dr., reported to police at 12:52 p.m. that someone was cashing the same check at multiple locations. No further details were released.
Assistance: Police were called to the 1500 block of Fremont St. at 4:12 p.m. to assist a man stuck in a wheelchair.
Weird: A 58-year-old man came to SPPD to report he’d found a lawnmower near the Green Circle Trail at 4:18 p.m.
Bored between loads: Police were called to South Point Laundromat, 2501 Church St., at 7:27 p.m. when a caller complained that five or six males were “jumping around on equipment.” No further details were released.
Save Spot: A 25-year-old man called police to the 800 block of Third St. who reported finding a dog that belonged to a neighbor. The man said the neighbor’s living conditions were “not fit” for a dog.
Abandoned: A 49-year-old man called police to the 2200 block of Monroe St. at 8:21 p.m. to report someone had driven a vehicle down the train tracks and left it. The vehicle has flat tires and was leaking fluid. No further details were released.

Busted: Police were called to Vermont Ave. and Center St. at 2:47 a.m. when someone reported a man carrying a street signs in a recycling cart. The suspect, a 22-year-old man, was also seen “trying to get a stop sign out of the ground.” The man was arrested for criminal damage to property.
Sleep & scoot: Police were called to Country Inn Suites, 301 Division St. North, at 9:57 a.m., when a guest was refusing to pay for their room. The guest was gone when police arrived.
Welfare check: Police were called to the parking lot on 1200 Main St. at 11:47 a.m. to conduct a welfare check on an unknown man who was “pounding and yelling” on the windows of a vehicle. No further details were released.
Wrong house: A 26-year-old woman called police at 12:02 p.m. to the 2800 block of Church St. to complaint a known man, 24, had broken into her house to sleep. The man was arrested.
Threats: A woman reported to police at 2:17 that she was being harassed by a known man.
Harasser: Police responded to Dollar Tree, 200 Division St., at 3:35 p.m. when an employee reported a 38-year-old woman was causing a disturbance in the store and yelling at the manager.
Attack: Police were called to a trailer on the 1400 block of Torun Rd. in Stevens Point at 5:53 p.m. when two women, ages 62 and 29, reported they had been attacked. No further details were released.
Underager: Police were called to The Outfit, 804 Main St., at 10:56 p.m., when a caller reported someone had presented a fake ID.

Fight: A caller reported a disturbance between two men outside of Brickhaus, 1343 Second St. at 12:32 a.m. Officers parked their cars nearby to watch for any further problems.
Disturbance: Someone called police to the 900 block of Portage St. at 5:17 p.m. to report possible child abuse at a neighbor’s home.
Trespasser: Police were called to Days Inn Suites, 159 Division St. North, at 7:38 p.m., when a caller reported a 49-year-old woman in the parking lot who was “begging for rides” and refused to leave the area.
Creeper: Police were called to the 5200 block of Howard Ave. at 8:44 p.m. when a caller reported a vehicle was “creeping” around the neighborhood. No further information was released.
Nonstop: Police issued a warning to a 27-year-old man for failing to stop at a stop sign near Fourth Ave. and Reserve St. at 10:54 p.m. The man was also cited to not having proof of insurance.
