Letter: Remember Council President’s words on election day
To the Editor-
Why question the people’s capacity for self-government? This is a republic and we are keeping it. Our leaders are elected to their positions and their chairs are not for sale. Any other thought is treason.
It is unfortunate that Alderman and Council President Marc Christianson spoke of changing our form of government. Fortunately, his words will be remembered on election day.
