Seven arrested following two drug busts

The Stevens Point/Plover SWAT Team executed narcotics-related search warrants at two Stevens Point residences Wednesday, seizing over a pound of methamphetamine and arresting seven individuals.

Searches at 2817 Water St. and 500 Forest St. yielded methamphetamine, THC, psilocybin mushrooms, and drug paraphernalia. The 500 Forest St. residence was deemed uninhabitable and its occupants were given 24 hours to vacate.

Jason B. Sculley, 45, of Stevens Point, faces charges including possession with intent to deliver meth. Kevin D. Troyanoski, 57, of Wisconsin Rapids, was arrested on Wood County warrants. McKenna N. Westerhouse, 28, of Stevens Point, was held on a Wood County probation hold.

Jeffrey C. Royce, 56, of Stevens Point, faces charges including possession of meth and bail jumping. Heidi M. Billman, 29, of Stevens Point, was arrested on possession of meth and bail-jumping charges. Dondrick D. Tackes, 28, of Stevens Point, was arrested on a charge of delivery of meth. Tyler J. Bablitch, 34, of Stevens Point, was held on a probation hold.

The arrests resulted from citizen tips and investigations by Stevens Point detectives.

The department thanked the Central Wisconsin Drug Task Force, Stevens Point Fire Department, and Stevens Point Inspections Office for their assistance during the incident.
