POTD: Celebrating the 50th, but with a twist

Pahmeier was holding a “50-50” event at the bar, celebrating his birthday while offering a suggested donation for his campaign.
Pahmeier is a veteran of the United States Army who is running for Wisconsin’s 71st Assembly Seat. The position is currently held by Rep. Katrina Shankland, who last year announced that she was running for Wisconsin’s 3rd Congressional District.
Pahmeier previously mounted a campaign for Portage Co. Board’s District 17 but did not advance from the February primary.
Pahmeier said among his top concerns were affordable housing, inflation, cost of living, and lowering taxes.
