WisDOT to work on I-39, Hwy 10 bridges this week

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has scheduled bridge maintenance for this week.

Crews from the Portage Co. Highway Department will begin working on bridge approaches starting Monday, October 14. Work on I-39 will start at 9 a.m., then moves to the bridges of Hwy. 10.

Depending on the work schedule and weather, the bridge approach work on US 10 could be pushed to Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 7 a.m.

Motorists should expect single-lane closures.
