WANTED: Francisco E. Banda

The Portage Co. Sheriff’s Office is looking for a fugitive named Francisco E. Banda, who is wanted on charges of strangulation and domestic battery.

Banda’s last known address is 2500 Locust Dr., Apt. 12 in Plover.

He is described as a 29-year-old Hispanic male, 5’ 9”, 160 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. He has several tattos on his lower arms and the name “Yolanda” on his chest.

As of Dec. 28, the warrant is still active for Banda.
