Tomah VA to host veterans mini fair in Plover

PLOVER — The Tomah VA Medical Center and the Portage County Veterans Service Office will host a Veterans Mini Fair on Jan. 16, providing local veterans with an opportunity to explore healthcare options and benefits.

The event will be held at Artist & Fare, 1800 Plover Rd., from 1 to 5:30 p.m. Veterans can speak directly with representatives from the Department of Veterans Affairs to learn about services, enroll in healthcare programs, and seek guidance on claims processing from Veterans Benefits Administration officials.

Organizers say the event will be an excellent resource for veterans, their families, and caregivers, and are encouraging the public to attend and take advantage of the information and support available.

The Tomah VA Medical Center serves about 26,000 veterans across 18 counties in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
