SPASH Boys Hoops will host its 2nd annual golf outing to support the SPASH Boys Basketball programs including Little Panthers and Point Hoops on Monday, Aug. 13, at the Stevens Point Country Club.
Members of the public are invited to join SPASH basketball fans, players and alumni for a fun day out on the course. Registration cost is $100 for adult golfers and $75 for junior golfers which include 18 holes of golf (cart included), dinner and a free drink ticket. Pre-registration is required to participate.
Registration begins at 10:30 with a shotgun start at 12 p.m. Numerous prizes will be awarded to golfers in addition to the opportunity to partake in basket and 50/50 raffles.
New this year, participants will have the opportunity to participate in a raffle with a chance to win a 14-piece set of Callaway Rogue golf clubs which includes a customized fitting, golf bag and three one-on-one lessons with golf pro Joe Wood—valued at $3,000.
Tickets will only be sold the day of the event for $20 each.
Non-golfers are welcome to attend dinner that evening at 6 p.m. with the opportunity to participate in all raffles. The cost for dinner is $30 per person and pre-registration is required.
