STEVENS POINT — Downtown Stevens Point will host Shop Small Week from Nov. 30 to Dec. 7, inviting residents and visitors to support local businesses and kickstart their holiday shopping.

The event begins on Small Business Saturday, Nov. 30, with a passport program. Participants can pick up their Shop Small passports from the Shop Small booth on the Square between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Completed passports can be turned in for a chance to win prizes.

After the kickoff, passports will also be available at the Stevens Point Convention and Visitor’s Bureau and Bria Bella & Co.

With more than 168 unique businesses in the downtown area, Shop Small Week encourages community members to explore and support local shops, restaurants, and services.

Organizers emphasize the vital role small businesses play in fostering the city’s charm and economic vitality.

“This is a great way to celebrate the heart of our community while finding amazing gifts and enjoying everything downtown Stevens Point has to offer,” said Tara Manzke, the event’s lead coordinator and owner of Bria Bella & Co.
