A roundtable discussion on the economic outlook for Portage Co. has been scheduled for Wednesday.
Hosted by the Portage Co. Business Council and the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, the hybrid in-person/Zoom meeting is scheduled for 1-2 p.m on July 21.
DOR Secretary Peter Barca outlining recent state business initiatives. According to a news release from the PCBC, the agenda also includes a presentation from “senior state economists” with the latest information on the Wisconsin Economic Outlook, followed by regional data to Central Wisconsin such as employment levels, personal income, wages, and sales tax data.
The meeting will conclude with a business and economic development roundtable discussion.
This event is open to the public, but in-person space is limited so early registration is requested. A Zoom link will be sent to registrants via email.
