RAC seeks submissions for ‘My Favorite’ exhibit

The Riverfront Arts Center is hosting a photography exhibit about photographers’ favorite things.
The exhibit, “My Favorite ____,” allows photographers to submit up to two photos of their favorite person, place, feeling, color, or anything that is appropriate for a diverse audience.
Photographers 18 and older may submit two 8×10 prints, and emerging artists ages 12-17 may submit one 8×10 for a non-refundable fee of $5 per entry.
The first 10 entries from the 12-17 age group will have their entry fees waived.
All photographs must be submitted without a frame or matte. There is a limit of 100 photos total for this exhibit.
Submissions can be dropped off Wednesday, Aug. 3 through Friday, Aug. 5, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Riverfront Arts Center is open to the public and free of charge, but donations are welcomed. Hours during exhibitions are Wednesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The center is closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, holidays, and between exhibits for installation.
