Portage County’s Most Wanted: Winston L. Wilson

The Portage Co. Sheriff’s Office is looking for Winston L. Wilson.

A criminal warrant for Wilson, 39, was issued in 2013 when he missed an appearance in Portage Co. Circuit Court. His last known address was in Faribault, Minn.

Wilson was charged in November 2012 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and manufacturing/delivering heroin, second offense. Both counts include a habitual criminality modifier, which could add additional time to any sentence he receives if he is convicted.

Wilson is a black man who stands 6′ 2″ and weighs about 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Wilson has several tattoos, according to the Portage Co. Sheriff’s Office, including the words “Outlaw Boss of all Boss” on his abdomen, a picture of a woman with a gun and a skull and crossbones on his upper back, a spider web on his lower left arm, a picture of a dollar sign and the words “RIP Big Momma” on his lower right arm, and a money symbol on his chest.

The Portage County Sheriff’s Office holds an active warrant for Wilson. Anyone with information on Wilson’s whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 715-346-1400, your local law enforcement agency, or Portage County Crime Stoppers at 888-346-6600.
