Bike Thief: Someone reported a suspicious man, 21, was seen taking an old green women’s bike on the 2400 block of Main St. at 2:28 a.m. The bicycle license was registered to the Town of Plover. No further information was immediately released.

Interesting: A 22-year-old man called police at 2:58 a.m. to report he and his girlfriend, 23, stopped at a restaurant on the 3000 block of Church St. to eat when the woman “took off” on foot, stating she “didn’t want to be arrested”.

Photo Flasher: Deputies took a report of a suspicious motorist near Hwy. 10 and Algoma St. at 3:27 p.m. The caller reported being in a car with their friends when a motorist pulled up next to them and “held up an inappropriate photo”. No further information was immediately released.

Assault: Police investigated a reported assault on the 100 block of Division St. at 6:14 a.m.

Jewel Thief: A 50-year-old woman called police at 2:02 p.m. report someone had stolen jewelry from her home on the 1600 block of Ellis St.

Gross: A 65-year-old man called deputies at 3:21 p.m. to report someone was dumping deer carcasses on his Hillside Rd. North property in Custer.

Welfare Check: Deputies responded to a home on the 1500 block of Torun Rd. after a caller reported a 63-year-old woman there was depressed and upset.

Go Away: Police were summoned to the 700 block of John’s Dr. at 10:27 a.m. after a caller reported disorderly conduct from an unwanted 39-year-old woman.

Basement Dweller: Police cited a 21-year-old man for trespassing after a caller reported finding him in his basement on the 700 block of Division St.

Not So Nice: A 56-year-old woman was arrested on charges of battery and domestic abuse following an incident on the 3300 block of Yvonne Dr.

Bad Dude: Police arrested a 27-year-old man on charges of strangulation/suffocation, disorderly conduct, battery, resisting an officer, probation violation, and two counts of bail-jumping following an incident on the 700 block of John’s Dr. at 8:19 p.m.

OWI Crash: Police arrested a 30-year-old woman for her first OWI offense following a two-vehicle crash near Clark and Church streets at 10:22 p.m.

Dec. 1

Drunk Driver: Deputies arrested a 26-year-old man for his second OWI offense near Verrill and School streets in Whiting at 2:21 a.m.

Slider: Police cited a 75-year-old woman for failure to keep her vehicle under control after a two-vehicle slide-in crash near Patch St. and Minnesota Ave. at 3 p.m.

Hitter: Police were called to a care facility on the 2200 block of Eagle Summit after an employee there reported a 77-year-old male resident was hitting staff members.

Dec. 2

Warrants: Police arrested a 23-year-old man on three open warrants following a traffic stop near River View and Whiting avenues at 2:06 p.m.
