Welfare Check: Police responded to a mental health call on Bush St. at 5:18 a.m.

Driving Without Headlights: A 31-year-old man was given a verbal warning after driving without his headlights on near Stanley St. and Minnesota Ave. at 6:48 p.m.

Poisoning: A 35-year-old woman called 911 to say she thought she was being poisoned on the 200 block of Willow St. at 10:43 p.m. No further information was immediately released.

Disturbance: Police were called to the 1700 block of Spruce St. after a domestic disturbance was reported at 12:32 p.m. A 27-year-old man was arrested from the scene on charges of criminal damage to property and battery.

Nov. 29

Bail-jumper: A 22-year-old man was arrested on the 2800 block of Church St. at 3:40 a.m. for violating conditions of his bond by contacting a 21-year-old female victim in a pending case.
