Whole Heap O’ Trouble: Police arrested a 31-year-old man during a traffic stop at Brilowski Rd. and Jefferson St. at 4:19 a.m. on charges of operating while intoxicated, second offense, operating while revoked, intentionally abusing a hazardous substance, recklessly endangering safety, and possession of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.
Assault: Police took a complaint of an assault that occurred at 1:39 p.m. on the 800 block of Main St.
Turn On Your Lights: A 26-year-old man was cited for operating without lights, possession of marijuana, and use of marijuana during a traffic stop near Clark and Third streets at 6:45 p.m.
Crash: Deputies arrested a 28-year-old man on charges of hit & run/adjacent to highway, failure to notify police of an accident, operating without insurance, operating left of center, driving too fast for conditions, and failure to keep vehicle under control, after he crashed into a ditch on Brilowski Rd. at 10:04 a.m.
Burglary: Deputies took a report on a burglary on the 4000 block of 80th St. South at 8:24 a.m.

OWI: Police arrested a 25-year-old man for his first OWI offense after he was stopped for driving without headlights on near Church and Main streets at 2:43 a.m.
OWI: A 24-year-old woman was arrested for operating under the influence after she made an improper right turn near Church and Matilda streets at 11:50 p.m.
OWI: A 25-year-old man was arrested for first offense OWI after police saw him driving without headlights near Church and Main streets at 2:43 a.m.
OWI: Police arrested a 26-year-old woman near Park Ridge Dr. and Sunset Ave. on charges of second offense OWI, violating a red traffic light, and operating without insurance, at 2:45 a.m.
Fraud: A 53-year-old woman reported to police at 8:09 p.m. that someone used her social security number to open a fraudulent PayPal account.
Jan. 27
Domestic: Police arrested a 37-year-old man for disorderly conduct after a caller reported he was in her home on the 1800 block of Monroe St. while intoxicated at 12:10 a.m.
Crash: A 25-year-old man was arrested for operating under the influence following a two-vehicle crash at Third St. and Centerpoint Dr. at 2:41 a.m. The man was also cited to failure to yield.
Fleet Farm Thief: An 18-year-old man was cited for retail theft from Fleet Farm, 5590 Highway 10 East, at 1:44 p.m. Items taken were not listed in the police blotter but are valued at over $50.
Gross: Police arrested a 52-year-old man on the 1600 block of Briggs St. after a caller reported an intoxicated man was causing a disturbance. The man was arrested for probation violation, two counts of disorderly conduct, resisting an officer, and discharging bodily fluids at a public safety worker at 7:56 p.m.
