Jan. 15

Stolen Vehicle, Mag: Plover police were notified at 1:58 AM that a 26-year-old woman from Wausau reported someone from Plover had stolen her 2000 GMC Sierra and a loaded 13-round magazine for a Taurus 9MM handgun. The GMC was later recovered; no word on the magazine.

Disorderly Conduct: Police arrested a 57-year-old woman for on a charge of disorderly conduct after she caused a scene at Express Mart, 2621 Plover Rd., at 11 AM.

Bail-jumper: A 32-year-old man was arrested on Hoover Ave. on charges of failure to stop, violating drivers license restrictions and bail-jumping at 6:49 PM following a Hoover Ave. traffic stop.

Jan. 17

Bad Driver: Police cited a 23-year-old man for operating after suspension, speeding in a school zone, operating without insurance and following too closely during a traffic top on Plover Springs Dr. at 3:52 PM.

Jan. 18

Motorist Assist: Police stopped to help a 24-year-old man who ran out of gas on County Trunk B at 1:12 AM.

Jan. 20

Heaps of Trouble: Police arrested a 30-year-old woman from the 200 block of Crossroads Dr. at 8:46 PM on charges of possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating while revoked and a probation violation. A search of the woman’s car during up a glass smoking pipe and 10 MG pills of Methylphenidate.

Jan. 21

OWI: A 25-year-old man was arrested for first offense OWI on County Trunk HH at 3:26 AM. The man was stopped for running a red light. 

Jan. 24

Vandalism: Deputies responded to Lower Whiting Park after a caller reported vandalism. No further information was immediately available.

Jan. 25

Assault: Plover police took a report of a sexual assault at 11:08 AM.
