Warrant: Deputies responded to Birch St. and 130th St. North in Wisconsin Rapids at 5:08 p.m. after a male caller reported a woman, 34, who looked ill was sitting on his property. After conducting a welfare check the woman was arrested on an open warrant.
Aug. 29
OWI & More: Deputies arrested a 51-year-old man on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, operating while suspended, and operating without proof of insurance during a traffic stop on I-39 at 12:41 a.m.
Fight: Police responded to the 600 block of John’s Dr. at 8:30 a.m. after a caller reported two women, ages 35 and 39, were fighting and causing a disturbance.
Stalker: A 38-year-old woman called police from the 1300 block of West River Dr. at 10:13 a.m. to report she was being stalked for a 46-year-old man.
Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance at Morton Park, 2601 Michigan Ave., reported by a 69-year-old woman at 2:35 p.m. No further details were released.
No License: Police cited a 58-year-old man for operating after revocation and operating without a motorcycle license during a traffic stop on the 1100 block of Park St. at 7:55 p.m.
Dumping: A 55-year-old woman called deputies to report someone was illegally dumping garbage on her property on the 6300 block of Oak Ln. at 9:05 p.m.
Hot Fruit: Deputies responded to the 4900 block of Hayes Ave. in Plover at 9:31 p.m. to assist Plover firefighters in a building there, after dried cranberries caught on fire.
