A Stevens Point insurance agent was recently recognized by his company for providing excellent customer service.
James Check, who works for American Family Insurance, was honored with the American Star Excellence in Customer Experience Certification Program.
The service excellence distinction was determined through an evaluation process conducted under guidelines established through the company’s excellence program. The process consists of a customer satisfaction survey which measures customers’ overall experience with their current American Family agent.

Check has been an agent for American Family since November 1984. His office is located at 2916 Main St. in Stevens Point.
