Plover library to host ‘Arctic Explorers’ program for preschoolers

Metro Wire Staff

A special winter program designed to babies and toddlers is coming to the Plover branch library in January.

The “Arctic Explorers” program is available free of charge on Friday, Jan. 11, or Saturday, Jan. 12 at 10:30 a.m. The kids will “search” for arctic animals and play with “snow” or “build” an igloo.

The Plover Library’s Explorers programs provide young children with the opportunity to play, learn and explore through sensory experiences and hands-on crafts.

The program is held monthly, with the next offering, Dinosaur Tea Party, scheduled for Friday and Saturday, February 1 and 2, at 10:30 a.m.

No registration is required.

For more information on this and other programs held at the Plover branch, call (715) 341-4007, or go to www.pocolibrary.org.
