Get ’em while they last: t-shirts from the Plover Fire Department’s first annual breast cancer benefit aren’t expected to last long.
Brittany Zarecki, administrative assistant for the department, said so far she’s taken over 130 orders for the shirts, which come in black, grey, or pink and are adorned with a modified logo created with the help of the PFD’s EMTs and firefighters.
The t-shirts are being printed by MADA in Stevens Point. Zarecki said the pink t-shirts are almost sold out, but a second print run is being planned.
T-shirts are $15 each, she said, with proceeds going to the Marshfield Clinic Breast Center. The shirts can be purchased at the PFD, 2400 Post Rd.
The shirts will also be sold at the PFD’s annual open house, scheduled for 5-8 p.m. on Oct. 10.
