Peter P. Kaminski, of Rosholt, unexpectedly passed away on January 10, 2023, in his home, at the age of 53.
Peter was born September 1, 1969, to Edward and Margaret (née Zynda) Kaminski in Stevens Point. Peter grew up in Rosholt, one of 11 children, learning hard work while helping on the family farm. Peter continued to work on the family farm into his early adult years before leaving to work for the town of Hull, where he remained for 23 years.
During that time, he met Toni Savage and the two were married on November 14, 1998. Together they had two children, Isaac and Misty.
Peter had a deep love for the outdoors, which expanded beyond farming and agriculture. He also enjoyed being in nature for sports such as hunting, and fishing as well as walking through the woods, whether to relax, forage or pick mushrooms. He also enjoyed listening to polka music, camping, sitting by the fire pit, and cooking; even processing his own meat with friends and family.
Peter is survived by his wife, Toni, their two children, Isaac (Samantha Kluck) Kaminski and Misty (Rob) King, three grandchildren, Mason, Trevor, and Emmett King; and his father, Edward. He is further survived by all ten of his siblings; Randy (Sandy) Kuklinski, Bruce (Gail) Kuklinski, Christine (Vernon) Check, Karl (Brandy) Kaminski, Joseph Kaminski, John (Sandi) Kaminski, Mary (Mark) Schoeberle, Nicholas Kaminski, Sarah (Bryan) Beyersdorf, and Jacob (Nicky) Kaminski.
Peter was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret.
In lieu of flowers, offerings will be used towards memorial masses in honor of Peter.
