Patricia Mary Woyak, 79
Patricia Mary Woyak, 79, of Mosinee, entered eternal life on Jan. 9, 2025, at her home, surrounded by family.
Patricia was born March 5, 1945, in Stevens Point to the late Anton and Veronica (née Piotrowski) Kosobucki, the youngest of 13 children.
On Oct. 17, 1964, she married Joseph Carl Woyak, and the couple recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. Patricia and Joseph spent their lives in Wisconsin. Joseph, 81, remains in Mosinee with their youngest son.
Patricia devoted her life to serving others, always putting them at the forefront of her thoughts and conversations. Her warmth and kindness touched many, making everyone around her feel valued. Patricia’s faith was central to her life, and she cherished her family deeply.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph; three sons, Anthony Thaddeus (Tammy) Woyak, 58; John Patrick (Cara) Woyak, 54; and Thomas Abraham (Chasity) Woyak, 52; 10 grandchildren, Carissa, Justin, Kyleigh, Brigham, Ethan, Selena, Demitri, Annalee, Josh, and Johnathon; and seven great-grandchildren, Noah, Cayson, Aaliyah, Greyson, Enna, Chase, and Skylar. Patricia is also survived by her sister, Antoinette Hancock, 87.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Matthew Joseph Woyak, who passed away in 2023 at the age of 54; and her 11 other siblings.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 24, 2025, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1709 Wyatt Ave., Stevens Point. Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. until the service. Burial will follow at Guardian Angel Cemetery, Stevens Point.
