Patricia A. Disher, 72

Patricia A. Disher, age 72, of Stevens Point, died on September 23, 2022.

Patty was born August 21, 1950, to the late Edmund and Lorraine Disher in Stevens Point, WI. She grew up in Stevens Point, attended the local grade school, and graduated from P.J. Jacobs High School.

After attending beauty school, Patty began her own business, Heirloom Styling Salon. After many years of dedication, Patty retired from the beauty industry. She began working at Figis, then later for CAP Services until fully retiring.

She will be remembered for her outgoing and take-charge persona. Patty enjoyed visiting the family cottage and cruising around the lake on their boat. She also enjoyed testing her luck at the local casinos, taste-testing sweet treats, visiting family and friends, and spending time with their four-legged companion, Jzee.

Survivors include her sister, Kathy Disher; numerous extended family members; and her close friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

A service to commemorate her life will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 7, 2022, at Boston Funeral Home. A time of visitation will precede from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow the service in Guardian Angel Cemetery.
