Paranormal author to give presentation at library

The public is invited to the downtown library for some great stories on all things strange and unusual in Wisconsin.

Author Chad Lewis will discuss hauntings, alien abductions, mysterious creatures, and other elements of the state’s paranormal activity during a May 15 presentation at the Portage Co. Public Library.

Lewis has spent the past two decades researching all things supernatural. He is the author of over 20 books on the subject, including “Lake Monsters of Wisconsin”, “Hidden Headlines of Wisconsin “, and “The Wisconsin Road Guide to Haunted Locations”.

He’s also appeared on episodes of Discovery Channel’s “A Haunting”, “Monsters and Mysteries in America”, “William Shatner’s Weird or What”, and ABC’s “Scariest Places on Earth”.

The presentation will be held at 6:30 p.m. The program is free and registration is not required.

The downtown branch of the Portage Co. Library is located at 1001 Main St.
