One race contested in Village of Plover

Three seats are up for re-election on the Plover Board of Trustees in April.
Inbuments in two races are running unopposed. Adam Raabe of Ward 1 is seeking a second term in office, as is Al Tessman of Ward 3.
Only Orv Damrau, a longtime Board member, is facing a challenger. Plover resident Steve Ransbottom is also seeking to fill the seat.
The Board typically meets twice monthly to discuss and decide on village issues. The village is led by a hired administrator, a position currently held by Dan Ault, and an elected village president, who is Tom Davies.
County residents will see a spring primary election for two county government races on Feb. 15. The general election is on April 5. To register to vote go to myvote.wi.gov/en-us.
