New Sentry building to open for public preview

The public is invited to an open house at the new Sentry building.

Work on the seven-story, 270,000-square-foot office building at the city’s northern entrance began in July 2017. The building is expected to be ready for business in early March, with room for 500 associates.

The building features a “myriad of customizable office spaces”, according to a news release from Sentry, along with meeting and conference rooms. It will include an on-site cafeteria, fitness and wellness centers, and health services.

The complex also has a four-story parking ramp, terrace and gardens, and indoor/outdoor spaces for associates to take breaks.

The public is invited to take a self-guided tour of the new building from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26. Company representatives will be onsite to answer questions.

The building is located on the southwest corner of Division St. and North Point Dr. Motorists should enter the parking structure from Prentice St., and handicap parking is available.
