The Point/Plover Metro Wire is pleased to introduce its new sales director, Sherry Brown.

Brown, a native of Stevens Point and a graduate of Mid-State Technical College, has over 25 years of experience as a dynamic and results-driven senior leader with a successful track record of leading global business operations.

“We’re really excited to have Sherry on board,” said Metro Wire editor, Brandi Makuski. “Her high standards for sales directly parallel the high standards we hold in the editorial side of the house.”

Brown leverages a passion for leadership, customer service, sales and problem-solving to develop, execute, and deliver forward-thinking, business-focused solutions that produce strong sustainable results that are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Brown boasts experience in leading large-scale business transformation, strategic planning, and process improvement, as well as driving global enterprise initiatives.

She said she maintains a “strong internal” drive for excellent client relationships.

Brown currently lives in Plover with her four children and two dogs. She enjoys being active and engaged in her children’s activities, and leaving a healthy lifestyle through nutrition and exercise.
